Chocolate fridge Fudge (No-Bake)

Chocolate Icing Sugar Fudge (Fridge Fudge) (Branded products are not a must have! :)

INGREDIENTS:
250g Huletts Icing Sugar
125g Stork margarine
1 packet Bakers Marie Biscuits
1 tablespoon Nestle cocoa
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD:
-          Crush Marie biscuits in a thick bag, using a rolling pin.
-          Grease a large oven dish or similar.
-          Sift together the icing sugar and the cocoa.
-          Beat the egg.
-          Add a teaspoon of vanilla essence to the egg and mix well.
-          Melt the margarine in a pot (do not boil).
-          Gradually add the icing sugar and cocoa mixture to the melted margarine.
-          Add egg and vanilla essence mixture.
-          Mix well.
-          Add the crushed Marie biscuits to the mixture and mix well.
-          Pour the mixture into the greased dish.
-          Allow to cool.
-          Store in the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
-          When set, remove from fridge and cut into squares.
